Chemilizer Products Earn Prestigious Water Quality Association Gold Seal of Approval

June 9, 2005

Chemilizer Products, Inc. of Largo, Fla., manufacturer of chemical injectors, has had its HN55 and CP33 models certified by the Water Quality Association (WQA) according to NSF/ANSI 61 standard for materials safety. Chemilizer injectors are used extensively in residential water treatment, animal health and agricultural applications.

WQA is a not-for-profit international trade organization representing household, commercial, industrial and small community water treatment constituents. Since issuing its first Gold Seal in 1959, WQA is regarded a leading and educational resource and testing laboratory. It services consumers, governmental entities and industry members.

WQA only awards the Gold Seal to those systems, components, or additives that have met or exceeded industry standards for contaminant reduction, structural integrity, and material safety. Customers can easily identify WQA Certified products by looking for the Gold Seal Mark.

Chemilizer injectors are now qualified to use the Gold Seal, making them unique as the only non-electric injector bearing the Gold Seal Mark. The Gold Seal assures that any drinking water treated using Chemilizer injectors is safe for consumption, whether by humans or livestock.

The injectors operate without electricity by harnessing the power of water flow to provide precision injection required to purify drinking water. The units require so little water flow that they can easily be used in parts of the world without a reliable source of electricity. Just a 1.5 meter drop is required to produce enough flow for the unit to operate. Besides their value in water treatment, these multi-purpose injectors are used in irrigation of everything from crops to flowers to lawns, and a number of industrial applications.
