At http://www.nesc.wvu.edu/ you can learn about treatment technologies, management and financial strategies, current and changing environmental regulations, and other issues related to running a small community water or wastewater system. NESC also provides information about environmental training for educators.
Formerly called West Virginia University's Environmental Services and Training Division, N-HSC is made up of four nation,% programs. Each partner maintains its own section of the Web site.
