Bob Holt to Lead URS Corp.'s Program and Construction Management Practice

URS Corp. named Bob Holt as senior vice president and national director, program and construction management.

In this position, Holt is responsible for leading URS’ program and construction management practice across all business lines, including facilities, water/wastewater, air transportation, federal, rail transportation and surface transportation. He is based in Washington, D.C.

Holt previously served as vice president of program and construction management at Jacobs Engineering, where he structured and led the program and construction management business in various markets, including facilities, federal, environmental and certain process and industrial business segments. His background includes leadership in delivering major projects on behalf of the Department of Defense, Department of Energy and the General Services Administration, as well as education, healthcare, corrections and state and local infrastructure and transportation clients.

Holt earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Ohio State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He is a member of the Construction Management Assn. of America, where he served as a member of the board of directors and is currently a member of its Foundation Board.
