Systems offer high efficiency, numerous control options
The DBS, EBS and FBS rotary screw blowers from Kaeser Compressors use up to 35% less energy than conventional rotary blowers and achieve significant energy savings over conventional screw blowers. The combination of a blower airend with high-efficiency Sigma Profile rotors, flow-optimized components, efficient power transmission and drive components ensures quality performance, which is guaranteed by Kaeser in accordance with the requirements of ISO 1217.
With a flow range of 212 to 2366 cu ft per minute and pressures from 4.4 to 15 psig, Kaeser's screw blower systems are fully integrated turnkey packages, complete with high-efficiency motor, silencer, inlet filters, starters/drive and a soundproof steel enclosure. The blower airend combines a wide control range with near-constant specific power. These packages ensure maximum air delivery while keeping power consumption to a minimum.
The Sigma Control 2 onboard controller maintains efficient blower control and continuous system monitoring. The large display, radio frequency identification reader for secure access, expanded communications and numerous interfaces enable fast, reliable communication, while the SD card slot makes data storage and software updates simple. Its expanded communications features include an Ethernet port and built-in web server for remote monitoring and email notifications for service and alarms. Communications interfaces such as ModBus, Profibus, Profinet, and Devicenet are available to provide seamless integration into plant control/monitoring systems.
These units are designed, built and tested to meet international and domestic performance and safety standards. They are available with STC (wye-delta start) or (SFC variable frequency drive.)
