Fear Not--There's Still Time to Submit a Top Project & Try Augmented Reality

June 2, 2017

Here at W&WD, we realize you don't always have time to stop and smell the roses, let alone make time for any more legwork than already required of your busy life.

That's why we're giving you more time to squeeze in some extras. So here's your to-do list:

1) We have extended both our municipal and industrial Top Projects awards nomination deadlines to June 22. That's three extra weeks to submit your latest and greatest work.

Don’t miss the opportunity to nominate your top water or wastewater projects and earn well-deserved industry recognition.

This award program is designed to recognize new facilities and projects, as well as innovative upgrades and notable water and wastewater solutions. All entries must highlight a water or wastewater project that was in its design or construction phase over the last 18 months. Winners will be recognized in the December 2017 Annual Reference Guide issue of W&WD. Industrial winners will be recognized in a special issue of iWWD.

All winners will be recognized at a live awards ceremony during WEFTEC in Chicago this fall.

2) Try Augmented Reality if you haven't already. It's easy -- simply download the Blippar app, open it, then hover your smartphone over any page in W&WD where you see the iconic "b" logo and watch what happens on your screen.

So there you have it, no more excuses. Don't miss out on these great programs from W&WD!
