2015 Rate Increases

A large number of utilities have reported being able to approve revisions to their water and sewer system rates in the form of gradual increases over a certain period of time; however, that hasn’t been true for all.

For some, budgets will remain out of balance despite facing critical infrastructure improvements. Others are delaying decisions for rate increases until there is greater detail on how water or sewer rate increase would impact customers.
