June 9, 2014
The partnership has extended into the Maryland & Delaware markets

Tensar Intl. recently extended its exclusive partnership with ACF Environmental into the Maryland and Delaware markets. The expanded territory allows for increased exposure in the region and greater availability of Tensar TriAx Geogrids.

ACF Environmental (ACF) is the exclusive Tensar Roadway Products Distributor for this region and is a provider of geosynthetic solutions to the construction industry. With more than 30 years of experience in design and installation, the company offers inventory in several locations and superior technical support.

“To find a distributor that shares the same business goals and core values that Tensar does is always key in order to assure the best service to our customers,” said William Maier, Tensar regional sales manager. “ACF's expertise, well-developed sales team and devotion to the construction industry adds significant value to our customer base in the region.”

Tensar's relationship with ACF began more than 20 years ago with distribution agreements in Virginia. The partnership provides local engineers and contractors with a combination of hands-on support and environmental and construction material products.

Expanding its current relationship into the new region will allow Tensar to meet increasing demands in the area that stem from significant population growth and demanding transportation needs. ACF provides solutions for all types of civil site design projects, including new and expanding roadway structures, municipal projects and commercial sites.
