Parsons Team to Operate Guam Naval Facilities

Parsons is a principal member of a team awarded a base operations support services contract for the Territory of Guam for the Commander, Naval Forces Marianas.

The special purpose business venture named DZSP 21 LLC, based in Philadelphia, Pa., was awarded a $34 million, one-year base period, cost-plus-award-fee contract with nine one-year award options. If all options on this contract are exercised, the cumulative value of this contract will be $423.4 million. Work will be performed at various installations in the Territory of Guam.

Tasks under this contract include the full range of facility operations including management and administration, safety, port operations, ordnance storage and handling, facility utilities (electrical, water, wastewater, steam, potable water), facility maintenance, environmental services, and support services to include food services and public affairs.
