Jomar Reorganizes to Adapt to Changing Markets

July 25, 2003

Joseph R. Martin, chairman of Jomar International, announced the following corporate reorganization: Paul Craig will serve as president, Gene Kerwin, vice president, operations and Dan Blake vice president, sales and marketing.

The changes were made to enable Jomar to better adapt to the changing markets they serve. "Markets today change almost continually: consolidation, buying groups and third-party integrators have forced us to change our marketing strategy," Martin said. "This re-organization puts Jomar in a better position to deal with those changes."
