Water Environment Association of Texas Names New President-Elect

Raymond Longoria has been named President-elect of the Water Environment of Texas for the 2003-4 fiscal year.

The announcement came following the organization’s spring meeting.

Longoria, a principal of Freese and Nichols, has served as a design engineer, project engineer, and project manager for wastewater treatment facilities and wastewater collection/conveyance systems in his 21 years with the firm.
