Monitoring System

The FlowMatix Instrument dynamically monitors the dissolved solids loading in a water stream. The loading in pounds or other unit of mass is shown as an accumulated running total on the display. By knowing the expected capacity of the treatment system, the regeneration or service exchange can be accurately scheduled. In wastewater recycle systems, the unit is proven to be a winner in monitoring system performance and optimizing the regeneration process, thereby saving costs of chemistry and waste generation. It is also a useful diagnostic tool in determining the condition of the IX resins by recording the performance history.
