A 2018 consent order for the Pecan Water Reclamation Facility in Arizona required a capacity upgrade, and the compliance notices also installed EPCOR as the interim operator.

Despite footprint challenges and keeping the plant running during construction, this expansion project hit all the marks and goals it set out to achieve.
