The M-80 system tracks and reports manhole surcharges and overflows. The cellular based M-80 is battery powered, installs in about an hour, and is very affordable. The M-80 electronics, radio, and battery are housed in a rugged, waterproof polycarbonate container which is safe in sewers. The M-80 is installed in the manhole “neck” without any cover modifications. Communications are made possible with an in-road antenna buried just below the surface.

The M-80 requires no field programming. All alarm notification set up is performed using the intuitive, easy-to-use customer web site that MISSION provides. Alarms go to phone, pager, fax, email, or your own SCADA HMI via OPC. Full historical reporting is available for regulatory compliance and operational purposes.
