The Board of Directors of Terre Hill Composites Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of William E. Oberti to company president. Oberti, of Berks County, Penn., joined THC in June of 2000 and over time has been involved in all facets of the organization with continued and positive impact. He was appointed vice president and general manager in 2006 and has been instrumental in promoting nationwide acceptance and use of THC’s patented rehabilitation products for the wastewater industry. In his new role, Mr. Oberti will be directly responsible for all aspects of the business and will report directly to the board of directors and company ownership.
