Everest VIT Sells North American Environmental Business Unit to Envirosight, LLC

Everest VIT, the leader in the development, sales, rental, training and on-site service of Remote Visual Inspection (RVI) equipment, has sold its North American Environmental Business Unit to Envirosight, LLC, a stand-alone business formed by Everest VIT veterans to service the environmental marketplace.

"This agreement with Envirosight will allow Everest VIT to better serve our key markets while still providing the environmental industry with our QuickView line through Envirosight," said Bruce A. Pellegrino, president and CEO of Everest VIT. "Through this agreement, our team will be able to concentrate our global presence and complete resources behind our key markets of aviation, processing, power and security industries. Our customers can continue to expect technological innovation and expert service from Everest VIT."

As part of the agreement, Envirosight will market and distribute the Rovver® Robotic Inspection Crawler, Raven Eye(tm) Push Camera and Everestc VIT's QuickView(tm) Pan-Tilt-Zoom Cameras to the environmental market. These tools provide superior inspection capability and are already in use by a discriminating roster of customers, including New York City and Philadelphia and well-respected environmental services companies throughout North America. Unique to the environmental industry, the company provides 24/7 customer service and loaner or back up equipment during servicing.

Everest VIT continues to distribute its QuickView, VideoProbe® XL PRO(tm), RECON(tm) Digital Inspection System(tm) and CaZoom(tm) PTZ Cameras to its key markets. It is now exclusively distributing the Rovver from Envirosight. Everest VIT remains committed to providing unsurpassed on-site service, rental and training of RVI equipment.
