Earthwise Environmental Acquires Heisler Green

Treatment company expands eco-conscious water management capabilities

Two Chicagoland water treatment companies have joined forces as Earthwise Environmental, Inc., Bensenville, Ill., has acquired Heisler Green, Downers Grove, Ill.

Earthwise Environmental designs and implements water management treatment solutions for hospitals, schools, hotels, food processing plants and light industrial, commercial and public-use facilities. It is a leader in the prevention of Legionnaires’ disease through water system management and best practices.

Earlier this month, Earthwise Environmental introduced its eSolutions, a patent-pending program that completely eliminates hazardous chemical treatments, provides significant water and cost savings and reduces cooling tower discharge by up to 75% compared to most cooling tower programs. Heisler Green’s CoolGreen is a biodegradable, biorenewable and environmentally safe cooling water system treatment.

Earthwise Environmental will manage and service of all Heisler Green’s customers and product lines, providing a complete facility water project program, from potable water to process/cooling/heating water to wastewater.
