The C3500D UV disinfection system utilizes 500-W lamps. The patent-pending design aims to increase the hydraulic efficiency of the reactor by uniformly exposing the water to a high UV dose while minimizing headloss. Validation testing per National Water Research Institute guidelines has confirmed the increased germicidal efficiency. It uses fewer lamps than other LPHO UV systems, which means a smaller footprint.
