HydroTec provides predesigned Ion-exchange Systems ranging in size from a 5 gpm to 260 gpm. The DI units are designed to replace the AutoTrol 172 Series DI with resin volumes starting a 6 cubic foot of cation resin. The systems can be arranged in simplex, duplex and as a tribed (Cation, Anion, Cation) medium purity systems. We can provide complete system including pretreatment, post treatment, regenerate neutralization systems, carbon dioxide removal system and other options required for the customer’s treatment process. The DI controls have Ethernet capabilities capable of off-site monitoring of remaining capacity before regeneration, conductivity, flow and other optional parameters.
