Centriquip manufactures decanter centrifuge systems

Ashbrook Simon-Hartley, a provider of water and wastewater treatment equipment and services, has acquired Centriquip, Ltd., a U.K.-based developer of centrifuges and liquid-solid separation technologies. Centriquip manufactures decanter centrifuge systems at its plant in Clay Cross, Derbyshire, and markets the units to a large worldwide installed base, according to Ashbrook Simon-Hartley.

“Centriquip is an excellent addition to our extensive range of dewatering and process technologies, and this acquisition—along with others that we have made recently—continues to expand our ability to build value and respond with precision to specific customer requirements,” said Robert Williams, president of Ashbrook Simon-Hartley.
