Karl Boone, a 16-year management veteran of ADS Environmental Services, has been promoted to vice president, operations, according to Wil Garland, president and chief executive officer of parent company ADS Corporation.
In his new position, Boone directs eight major regions in the U.S. as well as company operations in Australia. ADS is developing business elsewhere in the Pacific Rim from Australia.
Boone oversees company operations and project contracts involving wastewater flow monitoring and information services, working through regional managers and more than 250 employees. Boone, a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, is based at ADS’s corporate headquarters in Huntsville.
Prior to this appointment, Boone was ADS’s director of operations. He has filled a number of key roles for ADS, including field manager from 1990-1991 on installation of the world’s largest collection system flow monitoring network in Sydney, Australia.
ADS is a technology-based environmental services company specializing in flow and content infrastructure intelligence for wastewater and water management.
