Zenith International Acquires Vale Water

New division established, Zenith Vale Water

Zenith International Ltd. has acquired the consulting firm Vale Water Services Ltd. and has established a new division based on the Vale platform. The two companies have collaborated on projects for more than a decade.

Vale founder Mike Carney will head Zenith’s new business unit, which is called the Zenith Vale Water Division. “While the main direction of our growth is to broaden our specialization beyond beverages into food, we are also keen to deepen our leadership position in water management activities,” Zenith Chairman Richard Hall said in a press release.
