Vogelsang Names Eastern U.S. OEM Sales Manager

Ricardo Bordon will move from Brazil to Greensboro, N.C.

Vogelsang USA appointed Ricardo Bordon to the position of Eastern U.S. OEM sales manager. Bordon has been with Vogelsang since 2010 when he opened a sales office outside of ‎São Paulo, Brazil. In the last five years, he developed the Vogelsang brand by signing dealers throughout South and Latin America. In his new role, he will focus on OEM customers east of the Mississippi River.

Bordon has extensive experience working with OEM customers. Before joining Vogelsang, Bordon spent 15 years working with sludge dewatering centrifuge systems for Alfa Laval and Pieralisi. During that time, he worked in both the municipal and industrial market sectors at various points.

“Vogelsang products are currently the preferred choice of several wastewater process equipment manufacturers. Even with that, the eastern half of U.S. offers incredible potential for growth,” Bordon said. "I'm truly excited to move to the U.S. and take this next step with my career."

Bordon is originally from the São Paulo area of Brazil. He speaks fluent English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. He earned a chemical engineering degree at UNICAMP in ‎São Paulo. He is moving to Greensboro, N.C., and will bring his wife and daughter.
