T&M Associates Promotes Cindy Zawrotuk

Zawrotuk brings more than 24 years of experience

T&M Associates promoted Cindy Zawrotuk, P.E., to vice president, suburban Pennsylvania operations manager. Cindy brings more than 24 years of experience in client service, operations and project management to her new role. She is based in the company’s Lancaster, Pa., office.

Zawrotuk leads more than 50 locally based professionals covering the eastern and central Pennsylvania suburban market from offices in Bethlehem, Fairless Hills and Lancaster. As operations manager, she provides leadership in planning, directing and implementing T&M’s business and services to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Zawrotuk guides the company’s regional growth strategy, including programs to cultivate and recruit top-level talent, raise the visibility of T&M’s brand and provide best-in-class client service by leveraging the company’s diverse mix of services.

“As our clients in Pennsylvania look to redevelop and modernize their infrastructure, Cindy’s acumen in technical services and business operations will help ensure client success,” said Michael Roeder, T&M’s chief operating officer. “Her leadership will help us enhance our presence and service in the region to continue delivering the cost-effective solutions that our clients require.”

Since joining T&M in 2014, Zawrotuk has played a key role in leading both T&M’s Lancaster operations and Pennsylvania Water Resources Practice. In addition, Zawrotuk has successfully managed several complex infrastructure improvement projects, and has served as client service manager for key Pennsylvania clients, including Philadelphia Water Department.

Zawrotuk is a Lancaster resident and holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
