Rich Atoulikian, who recently joined HDR’s water business group as vice president and northeastern area client service manager, also has been assigned as the national client manager for American Water. He is based in HDR’s Cleveland office.
Kim Buckley has been named the new information technology business services consultant for the business group.
She has more than 23 years of industry experience and has been with HDR for the past five years, most recently serving in the IT department as the application manager for unified communications.
Larry Hentz, P.E., is mid-Atlantic area manager for the business group. Hentz will also serve as the odor control lead and eastern region biosolids lead.
Pierre Kwan, P.E., is the Northwest and Alaska water treatment business class lead for the business group. Prior to his new role, Kwan had been the manager of HDR’s Applied Research and Technology Center in Redmond, Wash., HDR’s national coordinator for advanced water treatment, and HDR’s drinking water business class leader for Washington state.
Jim Pembroke, P.E., has been named southwestern area marketing manager for the business group. He is based in HDR’s Phoenix office.
Pembroke has more than 25 years of industry experience and has been with HDR for more than 18 years. He most recently has served as both business group manager and marketing manger for Arizona.
Joe Wojslaw, P.E., is a senior wastewater project manager and the business groups’ program manager in HDR’s Los Angeles office.
A professional engineer, Wojslaw joins HDR after spending more than 31 years at MWH Global, where he served as a vice president and director of MWH’s municipal design group.
