OrderPro Signs With Adirondack Pure Springs Mt. Water to Develop Key New Markets

OrderPro Logistics, Inc. entered into a Letter of Intent with Adirondack Pure Springs Mt. Water Co. to pursue certain joint venture and business opportunities regarding the distribution of beverages and other products within Arizona and the southwestern United States advantageous to the expansion of both companies.

OrderPro CEO Richard Windorski says, "OrderPro Logistics intends to provide Adirondack Pure Water with a full range of supply chain services that will enhance the business of both companies. In addition, OrderPro Logistics has expertise that would provide Adirondack value added benefits ranging from plant design and processing equipment specifications to specialized vendor programs as wells as the marketing, and distribution of other products that could enhance Adirondack's market presence. Arizona and the greater southwestern United States represent a major component of OrderPro's market expansion program."

Adirondack signed another letter of intent to acquire or occupy and operate a water bottling facility in Phoenix. The plant has one high-speed cold-water fill line for production of purified and natural water products in convenient sizes from 8 ounces through one liter, as well as enhanced cold fill beverages. Adirondack plans to install carbonated and hot fill packaging equipment to allow for the filling of juices, teas and enhanced beverages and sodas, as well as a slim can production line to produce energy drinks and other canned enhanced products. According to David Sackler, president/CEO of Adirondack, "The plant's location in the Southwest is ideal from a distribution standpoint since the southwestern and western parts of the U.S. are the largest bottled water and enhanced beverage markets."
