Nikki Holloway, Beaver Water District | 2022 WWD Young Pros

Nikki Holloway is a lab supervisor for Beaver Creek Water District and thrives is the structured and controlled environment of water lab work.

Nikki Holloway spent some of her childhood without running water, which was a voluntary election by her family at the time. She said this time allowed her to connect more with nature and recognize the interconnectedness of water and the environment.

After an internship working in the laboratory at the Springfield, Missouri Water Treatment Plant, she fell in love with the work and pursued it in her studies and as a career. She also has participated in Top Ops, a quiz bowl for water professionals, and now is the coach of a team.
