Belt Presses & Thickeners

These operating belt presses and gravity belt thickeners feature: a paddle wheel feed box that provides very uniform slurry distribution with no clogging; an independent filter belt in gravity zone; a curved wedge zone that puts pressure on cake through the entire zone; and a vertical pressure zone that eliminates filtrate pooling/rewetting. The units require little energy and little maintenance.
