Pall to Delist from the London Stock Exchange

Aug. 19, 2003

Pall Corp. announced that it intends to delist its securities from the official list of the UK Listing Authority and from trading on the London Stock Exchange. This action is being taken due to the low trading volume of Pall shares on the London Stock Exchange and the costs associated with the maintenance of the London listing.

This decision will not require any specific action by United Kingdom shareholders. After cancellation of the London listing, all share trading in Pall shares will continue to take place on the New York Stock Exchange.

It is now anticipated that the London listing will be withdrawn with effect from the close of business on Sept. 16, 2003.
