On the Road to Recovery

It’s evident that the economic road to recovery has been long and winding. State budgets continue to shrink and water and wastewater projects typically are low on the priority list unless equipment and infrastructure is in dire state or failing. While uncertainty continues to lurk, some industry sectors are experiencing a positive start to 2012.
