RBF Consulting Opens Reno, Nev., Office

Office to focus on environmental and regulatory services, with plans for expansion

RBF Consulting is pleased to announce expansion to northern Nevada. The new Reno, Nev., office is focused on environmental and regulatory services and looks forward to broadening its full spectrum of services in the future.

This office will be led by Mark Johnson, P.E., senior vice president, whose 23-year career at RBF has focused on projects in water resources, transportation and land development.

Kevin Roukey, new RBF senior associate and senior environmental manager, will be based full time in the Reno office. Roukey has more than 35 years of experience with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, serving the last six as chief of the Reno regulatory field office.

Dr. Steve Weber, vice president of watershed/lake management, is a nationally recognized expert who will provide support to the Reno market. Weber is active in the academic community and has worked throughout the state of Nevada on environmental and watershed projects.

These experts are supported by more than 600 professionals in all aspects of civil engineering, community planning, survey and construction management.
