Puerto Ricans lack clean drinking water after Hurricane Maria

According to CNN, Rep. Bennie Thompson, a democrat on the House Homeland Security Committee, has asked the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to investigate the drinking water situation in Puerto Rico.

After Hurricane Maria hit, Puerto Ricans have lacked clean drinking water. There have been reports that locals were drinking water from potentially contaminated water wells on a Superfund site, which the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency advised against.
