Nova Analytics Corp. announced the acquisition of ADS Corp., a subsidiary of Axel Johnson, Inc. ADS Corp. manufactures and distributes flow measurement equipment and software. Collectively, the two divisions of ADS, ADS Environmental Services and Accusonic Technologies provide services to customers in over 40 countries and have conducted over 5000 flow measurement projects in their 30-year history.
