CF Green Corp. Merges With Eco-Safe Systems, Inc.

CF Green Corp. announced a merger with Eco-Safe Systems, Inc. of Los Angeles, Calif. Eco-Safe manufactures and markets proprietary ozone water disinfection and reclamation systems.

Stock certificates were exchanged, and board members Dan Green, Tariq Ahmad and Jerry Kumar resigned from their positions as officers. As part of the merger agreement, the Board of Directors appointed Michael Elliot, Michael McCluney and Stanley McKiernan to the board.

The new board will immediately appoint new officers for the company. The company also plans to change its name and ticker symbol in the immediate future. At closing, there were 60,376,372 shares outstanding.
