The PTQ-PDPMV1 functions as a PROFIBUS DPV1 Master. Developed on Quantum backplane transfer technology, the protocol module sends information through the processor, collecting the necessary information on the configured network. The module’s firmware, built on a Siemens microprocessor, is upgradeable for Flash and allows for slave messaging, extended diagnostics, alarm handling, notifications and more.
