Dewatering pump manufacturer launches social media for improved customer interaction, brand loyalty & awareness

To improve the interaction between Griffin and its customers, Griffin Pump & Equipment Inc. announced the launch of its social network. Including Facebook, LinkedIn, Flickr, YouTube and Twitter in its network, Griffin hopes its customers will utilize these social media channels to stay up-to-date with important groundwater control and dewatering pump information and to further interact with Griffin.

Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter continue to grow each year, which makes them more important in the modern dissemination of current business information. By launching Griffin’s own social network, the company hopes to further improve its interaction with contractors and municipalities, in addition to being able to share important dewatering information.
