Work in mobility innovation by the electric vehicle charging team was honored by sustainable parking association
The Green Parking Council (GPC) announced that it has awarded the 2013 Pioneer Award for Sustainability to Cal Lankton, director of ABB’s Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure for ABB’s North American operations.
“We applaud and recognize Cal for his commitment to GPC as a founding partner as we strive to transform the face of the parking industry,” said GPC Executive Director Paul Wessel. “ABB’s accomplishments serve as a role model for deploying sustainable initiatives and sound corporate citizenship within the parking industry.”
The GPC 2013 Pioneer Award for Sustainability honors leaders of the parking industry’s transition to an environmentally-conscious business model.
