American Water President to Participate in NAWC Financial Forum

Walter Lynch will participate in a panel discussion titled “Opportunities and Obstacles of the Water Utility Sector”

American Water announced that Walter Lynch, president and chief operating officer of regulated operations, will participate in the 2015 National Association of Water Companies (NAWC) Financial Forum in New York on July 15.

Lynch, who is currently serving as president of NAWC, will participate in a panel discussion titled “Opportunities and Obstacles of the Water Utility Sector.”  During the panel, Lynch will highlight issues that impact the private water sector, including financial health, legislation, regulatory policies and practices and customer education initiatives. Additionally, American Water will be hosting a visitation table during the forum.

The NAWC Financial Forum provides the New York financial analyst community unique access to NAWC member company executives. The event will highlight the opportunities and challenges faced by the private water utility sector and provide access to water utility executives of both investor-owned and large privately held water utilities.
