GBA Master Series Announces the Appointment of New West Regional Manager

GBA Master Series, Inc., a developer of infrastructure management software, welcomed Chris Crupi as the company’s West Region Manager in charge of GBA Master Series software sales and enterprise-wide solutions for infrastructure and maintenance management to asset management consultants and public works professionals.

Crupi will operate from the company’s Phoenix, Ariz. office and will serve clients and prospective clients in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

Crupi received a Business Administration degree with a Strategic Management emphasis from California State University, Sacramento. Crupi’s experience includes 10 years of solution-based selling experience, with the last five years being focused on sales of Enterprise Resource Planning applications to local government agencies in the Southwest U.S.

Previously, Crupi has been responsible for providing consultative sales services to existing and potential clients in addition to coordinating project implementations with project managers and consultants. His recommendations have included software for customer support, asset management and operation performance.

GBA Master Series software users are comprised of 180 municipal, county and private clients nationwide. The suite of software products has been in development since 1984 and continuously enhanced by civil engineers working side by side with computer programmers. GBA Master Series is currently planning its latest GBA Master Series software release, version 6.71, for early summer 2005. The 6.71 upgrade will deliver over 90 new or enhanced features including increased sophistication of the GBA Master Series GIS, maintenance management and water resource asset management modules.
