Doosan Hydro Technology Continues to Grow

Doosan Hydro Technology’s corporate office continues to grow rapidly requiring full-time management for its increasingly intricate internal operations. To enhance business operations, two executives have advanced the Doosan Hydro Technology Executive Team. Bob Randall, previously the Senior Vice President of Operations of Doosan Hydro Technology, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer and Kelly Hoban, formerly with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, has accepted the position of Human Resource Director.

Bob Randall holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University and has 35 years of experience managing a variety of divisions and operational departments. He has a broad knowledge in many areas, including competitive bid strategy and planning, construction management, team management and claims defense and negotiating. Over Bob’s tenure in this industry, he has established a reputation of leading a diverse group of people and departments in a positive direction. Bob is located at the company’s headquarters in Tampa, Fla.

Kelly Hoban hold an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Amberton University located in Dallas. Her most recent position was Human Resource Director with Jackson Hewitt Tax Service. Kelly has acquired over ten years of HR management experience specializing in HR strategy, organizational development, management/leadership development and high-volume recruiting. She will ensure that Doosan Hydro Technology’s employees are provided quality internal support to best serve external customers. In order to manage the company’s expected employee growth for 2008, Kelly will be attracting and retaining the best qualified people in the industry, while recognizing and encouraging the value of diversity in the workplace. Kelly is also located in the Tampa corporate office.
