Danfoss Names New General Manager of Compressors Facility

Paul Dean will oversee the Arkadelphia management team and global business strategy

Danfoss, a manufacturer of high efficiency electronic and mechanical components and controls for air-conditioning, heating, refrigeration and motion systems, recently named Paul Dean general manager of the company’s commercial compressor facility in Arkadelphia, Ark.

In this capacity, Dean will provide leadership to the Arkadelphia management team and execute the global business strategy.

Dean brings to his new position more than 15 years experience as an operations and plant manager in the automotive, rotating equipment and high-volume packaging industries. In the first 18 months of his career with Knoll Inc., he was responsible for turn-around operations and grew margins by 45%.

Dean holds a master’s degree in business administration and was an undergraduate student of Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Ala. He has also served as a captain in the U.S. Air Force.
