The option agreement provides Headworks BIO with the right to negotiate an exclusive license for TAMUS's patent-pending Electron Beam (E-Beam) technology for use in municipal wastewater treatment applications.

Headworks, Inc., producer of water treatment products and technologies, announced that it has acquired the business of Hydroxyl Services, Inc. of Canada. The company is integrating those resources into its Headworks Bio group, which produces systems to turn wastewater into useful water needed across the globe.
