Water Cleaning Technology Powerhouse Formed in Houston

Jan. 29, 2004

Brackett Green USA, which is involved in mechanical water filtration technology, recently announced a merger with its subsidiary company, formerly Brackett Green WSA, which specializes in debris filters and automatic tube cleaning systems.

According to Brackett Green USA President Fred Bryan, the decision was made in October 2003 to formally merge the two companies. This venture both strengthened the company’s market position and immediately improved the company’s bottom line by streamlining accounting and overhead costs. The company now has 20+ employees and intends to further expand based on a continuing increase in market share.
