Dynshaw Italia brings more than 10 years’ experience to wastewater treatment company

Bluewater Bio, Ltd., announced the board appointment of Dynshaw Italia as chief financial officer. Italia brings more than 10 years’ experience in fast growing companies, including international finance, fundraising and mergers and acquisitions. His track record in executing M&A activities will be crucial to Bluewater Bio as it seeks international expansion in Asia and other territories.

Italia will take over the responsibility for financial operations at Bluewater Bio. He will be working closely with Julian Moore, the current CFO, as Moore transitions into a full-time commercial role to focus on developing Bluewater Bio’s expanding business in sub-Saharan Africa.

Italia’s career includes key positions with Cobra Beer, Ltd., and eBookers, Plc. From 2001 to 2009 he was group chief operating officer and finance director with Cobra Beer, Ltd. In 2009 he led the negotiations for Cobra Beer’s international joint venture (now known as the Cobra Beer Partnership, Ltd.) with Molson Coors, the U.K.’s second largest brewer. I look forward to working with the rest of the team and using my experience in transactions and global business development to help drive its next phase of rapid international growth.”
