Description / Requirements: Pressure Pipe Inspection Company (PPIC) is the world leader is condition assessment of water and waste water underground infrastructure. PPIC offers municipal and government clients around the world innovative solutions to address the challenges of an aging infrastructure. PPIC pinpoints exactly where clients need to invest, optimizing infrastructure investments and ensuring environmental compliance. PPIC is looking to grow by expanding its business development group in North America. This role will be responsible for developing and managing a Business Development sales team across North America.
Responsibilities:
* Sales forecasting * Develop and implement a north America sales plan * Manage the Sales Department Budget, including expenses * Management of Business Development Managers
Qualifications: Candidate should ideally have:
* 4-6 years proven sales management experience * Managed teams selling services to government organizations * History of over quota achievement * Degree * Willingness to travel * Technology background, ideally engineering * Strong understanding of customer and industry dynamics and requirements. * Understanding of Water /Sewer infrastructure. * Proven ability to oversee all sales activities. * Experience using a company CRM to manage a sales force
Salary / Benefits: Potential earnings w/ bonus and Commissions $140k to $180k, based on achievement of objectives.
