Airlift Reactor
The unique AGAR (attached growth airlift reactor) process allows users to double the capacity of existing activated sludge tanks or upgrade to a complete BNR system using an integrated fixed-film activated sludge process. The AGAR process uses thousands of special carriers designed to create an enormous total surface area for biofilm growth.

Pumps
The field-proven Hydromatic H4H Series provides greater efficiency and a steeper nonoverloading performance while passing a full 3-in. spherical solid, due to the enhanced geometry of the monovane impeller. These pumps feature a smoother design, reducing the chance of possible plugging. The H4H Series permits flows up to 850 gpm and heads to 105 ft TDH.

Monitor & Refill Fluoride
The Wizard 4000 ARC provides chemical usage and feed rate data that the standard Wizard offers, plus the added ability to control the refill of the chemical day tank. Three refill modes are offered: Auto mode requires no operator input, Semi-auto requires an operator to initiate the refill event and Batch mode adds a preset amount of water for diluting powdered chemicals. Monitor and control up to four separate tanks with a single Wizard 4000.

Pressure Gauges
Ashcroft 1200 series pressure gauges provide the capabilities necessary to monitor pressures in various processes. In basic applications, the Type 1259 is the economical choice for years of dependable service. In more rigorous installations, the Type 1279 Duragauge pressure gauge is used for harsh pressure media, fire hazard or extreme cycle volumes. Add pulsation and vibration, and the Type 1279 Duragauge PLUS pressure gauge dampens pointer flutter without the need for liquid fill.
