Michael Schober Joins T&M Associates

New regional client service manager brings 30 years of experience

T&M Associates hired Michael Schober as regional client service manager. Schober brings more than 30 years of experience in water and wastewater management, program and construction management, water treatment design, and storm water management. He will be based in T&M’s Lancaster, Pa., office and serve the company’s municipal and industrial clients in central and eastern Pennsylvania.

Schober will help T&M’s clients comply with increasingly stringent regulations and to support the planning, design, construction, and inspection of water supply and distribution systems, sewage collection systems, pumping stations, treatment plants, system upgrades, infrastructure replacements and renewable energy systems. He is versed in interfacing with regulatory agencies at the state and federal levels and can help T&M’s clients secure adequate funding to initiate and complete these critical infrastructure improvement projects.

“T&M’s collective expertise is constantly evolving to provide the experience, acuity and proficiency to deliver solutions that meet our clients’ immediate challenges and address the broader framework of their business goals,” said Cynthia Zawrotuk, PE, T&M vice president and suburban Pennsylvania operations manager. “Adding Michael’s decades of local experience in water and wastewater will allow T&M to provide best in class services to our expanding base of clients in the Pennsylvania market.”

Schober is a Lancaster, Pa., resident and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Villanova University. He is a certified Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, New York, Virginia and West Virginia and is a Board Certified Environmental Engineer by the American Academy of Environmental Engineers & Scientists. He has received awards from many associations and organizations and has held leadership positions in many professional organizations.
