Cambrian Innovation Appoints Vice President of Engineering

Anu Shah brings wastewater technical expertise to biotech company

Cambrian Innovation, provider of advanced biotechnology products for industrial businesses, announced that Anu Shah joined the company as the new vice president of engineering. Drawing from more than three decades of experience in wastewater treatment and team management, Shah will lead the engineering team and the company’s deployment of the EcoVolt product suite nationwide.

“Anu has an unparalleled understanding of the wastewater industry and will be an invaluable asset to our growing engineering division,” said Cambrian Innovation CEO Matthew Silver.

Shah comes to Cambrian from Summit Eng., where he worked as the principal division manager for wastewater engineering projects. He led project development, process engineering and performance evaluation for small to medium-sized wineries like Sterling Vineyards and Clos du Bois as well as large-scale facilities like E. & J. Gallo Winery. Prior to Summit, Shah worked at LG Group (now URS Corp.) as water and wastewater manager, developing project plans for large municipalities such as the city of Dallas. Shah also spent eight years at Biothane during its startup phase, engineering wastewater treatment plants using anaerobic and aerobic systems.
