Readers of Laboratory Focus Magazine Rank Instruments and Manufacturers in Annual Survey

Readers of Laboratory Focus magazine selected the Waters Alliance HPLC System as the most reliable HPLC system in a readership survey conducted by the magazine's publishers. Referred to by the magazine as a “resounding winner,” the Alliance HPLC System outdistanced all competitors in the Most Reliable Product category. Readers also ranked Waters number one for technical support.

Introduced in 1996, the Alliance HPLC System has become a mainstay in research and development and quality control laboratories worldwide with tens of thousands of installations across the globe.

Said Alliance senior product manager Eric Fotheringham, “This accolade confirms that we are listening carefully to our customers and then acting upon their suggestions and inputs. We have continually enhanced our Alliance product, and the results speak for themselves. Alliance HPLC Systems will continue to be a significant part of the Waters Corp. portfolio, and accordingly, we plan to continue to listen to our users and invest as needed in order to drive towards higher levels of customer satisfaction, wherever our customer may be."

Laboratory Focus magazine is a leading source of news and information for Canada’s life science and laboratory professionals. The results of the second annual readership survey were published in its November 2005 issue.
