Waterite Technologies, Winnipeg, Manitoba, has reached an agreement to purchase all outstanding shares of Manitoba Ltd. O/a Filter Soft Canada.
Paul Jacuzzi, president and chief executive officer of Waterite Technologies stated, "We are excited at the acquisition of this fine and long-established company, as it brings new customers, highly experienced personnel and operational synergy to Waterite."
The combined company will operate under the name of Waterite Technologies while retaining the Filter Soft sales division. All key Filter Soft personnel have been retained in the acquisition. Combined manufacturing, warehousing and administrative services will be consolidated at Waterite’s new Winnipeg, Manitoba facility.
