Harris Computer Systems, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., announced that the Montgomery Water Works & Sanitary Sewer Board (Water Board) has signed up for an enQuesta 4 upgrade.

The Water Board has also been a strategic partner for S&S and has always been one of the first customers to implement S&S’ offerings. It was the first to implement enQuesta in 2001 and is now one of the first to implement enQuesta v4. It was also first to roll this upgrade into a three-year maintenance agreement allowing a unique approach in managing the cost of the investment.

“S&S has always held the philosophy that the best way to attract new prospects is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction within its customer base,” said Dave Decker, S&S’ general manager. “We do this by building trust and a great working relationship across the organization. Montgomery represents a true partnership where we have both benefited over the years from working closely together. I am very enthusiastic about having one of our best advocates enjoy the exciting benefits of enQuesta 4.”
